The tour’s all booked up, we’ve all packed a couple shirts and pairs of socks, got the frisbee and the road atlas and we’re making our way out west. This will be the longest tour we’ve been on so far… and the busiest. With 26 gigs in 30 days, we’ve got a lot of work on our hands. The further we get from home, the more the reality is sinking in… this is the new life, for now. We’ll probably start to get really weird in another week or so. I guess our friends back home will be the gauge of that upon our return. As we’re seeing new areas of the country and meeting new people, we’re also forging memories together. But in the end… isn’t that all we’re ever doing? For what else do we really have, in the end, to prove that we even existed?

We’re so excited to be hitting the road in a couple weeks, you have no idea. Just about all the dates are locked down and up to date on this very site. It’s been an arduous process, but, you know, that’s what it’s all about with the DIY ethic and all… It’s a labor of love… or lust… or the desire to party in every city in America. Next year, we’re setting our sights on Europe. We hear there’s some pretty good parties there. Anyway, we’ll be hittin’ the road in no time, playing our hearts out in various basements, art spaces, dive bars, concert halls, record shops and thrift stores around the country. It’s sure to be an interesting time… can’t wait!

We’re working on a couple new songs for a new 7″ and starting to compose new material for our next album, all while finishing booking our month long Summer tour, which is just tickling our ankles, now. We’ll be traveling pretty much the whole country for the entire month of July. Details to come. Can’t wait!
